- University of Louisville Cadiovascular Institute – Wetsuit used to waterproof green roof area between existing building and new building. Wetsuit was applied over concrete then MiroDrain 9000 then foam insulation, GC poured concrete and completed landscaping in the area. The architect was Arasmith, Judd, Rapp AIA.

- Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing PLLC. – Wetsuit waterproofing applied to their roof over existing rubber roofing. There was an existing deck built on the roof that conventional roofing contractors required to be removed, AES, LLC were able to coat the entire roof including skylights without having to remove the deck. The owner informed AES, LLC in December that after a 4” rain fell the roof did not leak which had not happened in five years previous.

- Archer Daniels Midland Co. – AES, LLC coated four salad dressing tanks 14’D by 30’ tall with Ceramic Cover to eliminate condensation and save energy. The tanks received 40 mils of CC-100 and were top coated with a gloss white finish.

- University of Louisville Visual Arts School – AES, LLC applied 20 mils of Ceramic Cover to the concrete ceiling to provide insulation for the conditioned space. The area above the ceiling is a parking garage which left the university with no insulation. AES, LLC applied the CC-100 to the ceiling after the duct work, conduit, and piping was installed which required a considerable amount of protection for the finished areas. The CC-100 was tinted to match the architect's color which also saved money due to not having to top coat the CC-100.

- Morgan Foods – AES, LLC has coated a vertical retort cooker, several horizontal cookers, water tanks and the hot water heaters at their facility. The owner is very pleased with the results and the energy savings they are recovering.

- Cargill Corn Dayton, OH. – AES, LLC has completed a rotary dryer 15’d by 50’ long while it was in service and operating at 250 F. This was a huge asset to the owner being able to continue to run their equipment while the insulation work was performed.

- Louisville Dryer, Inc – AES, LLC has completed four large rotary dryers for several of their customers, AES, LLC completed the Ceramic Cover work in Lou. Dryer’s shop while fabrication was ongoing. The larger of the rotary dryers was 15’d by 85’ long and after it was completed was shipped to China. All of the rotary dryers we have completed in their shop have been shipped to other states or countries, the CC-100 works very well for these applications due to the thin film and durability of the coating.
